Fees
Let Only: One Month Rent + VAT payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent.
- Full Property marketing (Web Portals, Office, Board where applicable)
- Accompanied viewings
- Fully referencing the tenants
- Includes the FastMove Tenancy Agreement
- Processing the Tenants Deposit and transfer to Landlords DPS account.
- Processing the 1st month’s rent for Landlord
Full Management: £400 + VAT (£480 inclusive of VAT) one off set up fee per tenancy. Followed by 10% + VAT of the rent, deducted from the rent.

OTHER CHARGES:
- Inventory preparation fee: £100 + VAT (£120 Inclusive of VAT) (This only applies to Let Only Service)
- Annual deposit dispute Charge: £30 + VAT (£36 Inclusive of VAT)
- Insurance claim handling fee: 10% + VAT (12% Inclusive of VAT) of cost of works before VAT
- Professional hourly rate £50 + VAT (£60 Inclusive of VAT) per hour
- Re-signing fee: £50 + VAT (£60 Inclusive of VAT) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
CANCELLATION:
Where Full Management service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any fixed extensions, or periodic stages) a fee of One Month Rent + VAT will continue to be payable. We will require at least one tenancy month’s notice.
A withdrawal fee of £75 + VAT (£90 Inclusive of VAT) will be charged in the event of a let being agreed verbally but prior to the tenancy agreement being signed. The withdrawal fee is to cover the costs incurred by the agent in obtaining references, attending viewings and travel expenses.
Where applicable charges are subject to the current rate of VAT
Commissions
We may also receive commissions from, Insurance companies, Referencing companies, Utility providers and others.
