About Property

FastMove Lettings are delighted to offer TO LET this well presented ONE bedroom house. REFURBISHED – with new modern fitted kitchen and bathroom, new flooring and freshly painted throughout. GREAT LOCATION and large rear garden, DRIVEWAY for two cars. Viewing is Highly Recommended.

The property is situated on Nairn Close, which is close to all local amenities and Birchwood science park. The property briefly comprises of: lounge with French doors leading out to the garden, modern fitted kitchen with appliances. To the first floor is a master bedroom with double bed and mattress and modern fitted bathroom with double walk in shower. This property has been finished to a high standard and is a credit to the current landlord, in our opinion this is a great rental property and very rarely to they come available at this standard, so would recommend to contact our office to arrange a viewing as soon as possible, as this one will not last for long. The property also benefits from a large rear garden, which would be great for relaxing or entertaining in the summer months.
